Shape the future of palliative care as a Registered Practical Nurse with Spectrum. This role offers an chance to deliver integrated care to patients at their most vulnerable.

Spectrum is looking for dedicated RPNs to join their part-time palliative care team. You will be integral to a multidisciplinary group, providing holistic, compassionate care while focusing on symptom management and improving quality of life. Your work will be vital to providing emotional and practical support to patients and their families throughout their end-of-life journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on tailored care plans
• Participate in case conferences and clinical huddles regularly
• Oversee symptom management for assigned patients




• Educate caregivers, patients, and families on care processes
• Travel to patient residences across the assigned area

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum two years of relevant nursing experience
• Preferred experience in palliative care settings
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
