Join CAMH as a part-time Program Engagement Co-Facilitator, focusing on youth mental health and addictions care systems. In collaboration with the Youth Engagement Coordinator, you will co-facilitate consultations and advisory meetings that center youth voices and lived experiences. Your contributions will also include developing innovative training materials and supporting community outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead advisory group discussions and focus group activities
• Provide mentorship for Advisors to encourage active engagement
• Design informative materials like webinars and newsletters
• Contribute to social media strategies and community outreach
• Assist with administrative tasks for Advisor recruitment
Requirements:
• Personal experience with mental health or substance use issues
• Understanding of equity and inclusion in programming
• Robust communication and team collaboration skills
• Capable of multitasking in diverse environments
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
