Become a Facilitator for Community Animal Services, working full time to implement vital support systems for our furry friends. This role requires a flexible schedule with shifts that include evenings and weekends to meet the needs of both pets and their owners.
In this collaborative position, you will drive compassionate services across animal admissions, foster care, and community outreach programs. Your past expertise in program management and customer service will enable you to provide exceptional support while ensuring the continuity of care for clients’ beloved animals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a communication bridge between key departments
• Provide non-judgmental intake support for animals
• Coordinate logistics for foster placements and returns
• Implement community support programs like Pet Food Bank
• Assist with administrative functions to enhance operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma; further education preferred
• Proven experience in animal welfare or similar fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
