Job Overview
Deliver packages to predetermined customers on specific routes while ensuring timely delivery, reviewing orders, loading/unloading vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service. Flexible shift opportunities are determined by business requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes.

Review orders prior to delivery.

Load and unload the delivery vehicle.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Maintain flexible shift schedules as required by business needs.

Complete mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.

Participate in basic and re‑currency training.

Required Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or educational equivalent.

Driver's License: Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.

Experience: None required; one (1) year customer‑oriented business experience preferred.

Bilingual: In Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English).

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 70 lbs.

Training:



Must meet minimum threshold on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training and successfully complete all basic and re‑currency training.

Knowledge: Solid knowledge of FedEx Canada operations is an asset.

Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, time management and organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured workplace.

Learning Curve: Ability to learn/adjust to the job within 3 months.

Technology: Must be able to operate in a PC Windows environment.
