Role Overview
Are you a high-energy individual who is passionate about motivating those on their fitness journey? Do you love to help others overcome challenges and crush goals? If so, this could be the role for you! We are looking for Group Fitness and/or Personal Trainer professionals to lead our coach‑inspired, science‑backed, and technology‑tracked workouts. Group Fitness and Personal Trainer roles both emphasise member priority and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate members through pre‑designed workouts.

Work in a quick‑paced group fitness setting.

Multitask to ensure a high‑quality experience for all class participants.

Help members set and achieve goals.

Collaborate with the sales team to guide new consumers ("intros") through their first Orangetheory workout.

Ensure correct form and provide corrections.





Understand the science behind our workouts, including heart‑rate‑focused training and market trends.

Demonstrate and use all equipment for each workout.

Play as a team player within the studio community.

Qualifications
This position requires 8‑12+ hours a week of coaching. Hold a Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification along with CPR/AED/First Aid certification. A passion for fitness and a commitment to our mission to spread ‘More Life’ to members and community is essential.
