GFL Environmental seeks a dedicated Chemical Cleaning Operator in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This full-time role encompasses operating various cleaning equipment and undertaking essential maintenance tasks.

As a Chemical Cleaning Operator, you will be fundamental in maintaining high standards of service. Your responsibilities will include the setup of temporary equipment, operation of pumps and other machinery, and routine maintenance inspections. Expect to travel primarily within Canada for various client projects, making a significant contribution to the environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain pumps and circulation units
• Install Victaulic pipe and mix different chemicals
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment




• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Engage in extensive travel for project responsibilities

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial or chemical cleaning
• Valid Class 5 Drivers' License required
• Capable of frequent lifting up to 50lbs
• Strong commitment to safety practices
• Effective problem-solving abilities in agile situations
