Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a Client Service Specialist for our growing sales team. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for consulting, promoting, and educating prospective clients on the company’s resume writing services. You will also be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls with no cold calling required.

Accountabilities:

Manage high-volume incoming inquiries and calls

Consult clients on qualified resume writing services based on the customer’s specific qualifications and needs

Work with new customers and manage the entire onboarding process and all registrations





Maximize customer engagement and experience by collaborating with the support team and following proper procedures when addressing any customer’s inquiries

Monitor and capture all relevant information via CRM to track opportunities and calls

Meet daily KPIs and can manage high-volume of calls

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a client-facing role

Strong listening skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Ability to be successful in a dynamic, flexible, and continually changing environment

*Note: This is a full-time, in-person role working Monday-Friday. The successful candidate(s) will join our team out of our downtown Toronto office located at 600 Bay St.
