In this position, you will collaborate with the Tiny Tigers Supervisor to manage daily daycare functions and ensure all activities are enriching and safe. Your expertise will guide staff in creating a nurturing environment for children aged 3-5 while maintaining compliance with necessary standards. Teamwork and engagement are key to fulfilling this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing daily daycare and ski program operations
• Ensure the facility is secure, neat, and engaging
• Communicate effectively with parents to enhance relationships




• Train staff to maintain enthusiasm and quality care
• Guarantee accurate financial and transaction handling

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of related childcare experience
• Level three Early Childhood Education certification
• Experience managing up to 10 staff members
• Certification in Infant First Aid
• Ski Instructor Certification is a plus
