Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources and/or related field of study

CHRP designation preferred

Minimum 2+ years of HR and perks administration experience.

Maintains current, up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes, employment law, and related professional education.

Strong HRIS and reporting experience.

Solutions focused and proactive mindset

Excellent communication skills

Possesses valid Class G driver’s license and ability to travel to other local facilities.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Compensation, benefits and pension administration

Leave management and disability administration

Employee and Management support of HR programs and policies





Payroll and HR systems support

Pay equity and HR compliance

WSIB management and compliance
