Salary: $25.64 hourly (35 hours per week)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Qualifications

Education: College, CEGEP, or other non‑university certificate/diploma from a 1‑ to 2‑year program

Experience: 5 years or more

Work must be completed at the physical location; work from home is not an option

Responsibilities

Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits

Evaluate daily operations

Monitor staff performance

Plan and organize daily operations

Train staff

Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations





Organize and maintain inventory

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Provide customer service

Supervision

Supervises 16-20 people
