Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager for Alberta, to drive business growth and lead our sales initiatives in the region. Based in Calgary, this role is pivotal in expanding our client base, strengthening relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities





Identify and pursue current business opportunities across Alberta

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals

Negotiate contracts and close high‑value deals

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery

Track sales performance and prepare reports

Qualifications & Experience

8–10 years of sales experience in the security industry (required)

Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills

Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals

Experience in client relationship management and account management

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Strategic thinking with strong market analysis skills

Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability in fast‑paced environments

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
