As a Foreperson, your leadership will guide team members through various tasks related to arboriculture, which includes mentoring newer staff and enhancing customer experiences. A minimum of two years' Arborist experience is required, alongside the capability to manage safety regulations and effectively use equipment. Build strong client relations as their primary contact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a crew in safe tree care practices
• Supervise and plan work assignments
• Execute tree pruning, thinning, and removals
• Ensure efficient communication with clients
• Maintain and operate necessary tools and equipment

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Arborist
• ISA certification or enrollment in an equivalent program
• Valid driver’s license to operate 5-ton vehicles
• Capability to lift 50 lbs or more
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
