Food Store Supervisor
Full‑time permanent position, 40 hours per week with compensation of $38 per hour plus performance bonus based on store operations.

Job Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff.

Assign daily duties and establish work schedules.

Train new staff and ensure proper food handling and safety standards.

Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.

Resolve customer complaints and operational issues.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations.

Prepare sales, inventory, and staff performance reports.

Assist management with daily store operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in food services.

Post‑secondary education or food‑service related certificate (asset).

English required; Vietnamese considered an asset.

Other Requirements

Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and customer‑focused mindset.

Location: 2250 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC.
