Responsibilities
To sell the company Services to both 'recent' and 'existing' customers (primary focus: net 'new' potential) with the key deliverable of achieving assigned revenue objectives (as measured and determined by the company).

Acts as team lead and assists manager in providing coaching/training/etc. to junior/new staff members and assumes responsibility for additional tasks/duties as assigned.

Other responsibilities include training, performance evaluation, compliance with sales processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Educational Requirements: Post Secondary – Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.

Related Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year in Sales or Inside Sales within the company.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of selling the company services, company features of service, billing systems, pricing structures, invoice adjustments. Computer literacy: Microsoft Excel (basic), Microsoft Word (basic),



Microsoft Power Point (basic), Microsoft Outlook (standard). Sales Force Automation – preferred.

Additional criteria: Bilingual (French and English) for Quebec positions. Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record if driving is required.
