Wage Range : $27.56 – $34.45 per hour
Hours : 37.5 Hours per Week
Status : Permanent Full‑Time

Duties
Independently perform all technical aspects of prescription preparation, including compounding and dispensing responsibilities, as per master worksheets.
Replenish stock medication supplies for assigned areas.
Ensure patient information is updated and maintained in the pharmacy computer system.
Complete all required reports and documentation.
Attend, participate in, and assist with staff and patient training/educational functions.
Perform workload measurement support functions.
Perform cross‑functional and/or other duties consistent with the job classification, as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
Completion of a Pharmacy Technician Program at an accredited college or recognized equivalent (required).
Registration as a Pharmacy Technician (Part A) in valuable standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (required).
Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage competing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn and troubleshoot changing technologies/machinery.
Two years practical and related experience preferred.
Previous hospital experience with unit dose system and intravenous admixture service preferred.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job.
