Role Overview
We’re looking for a (Part‑time) Supervisor for our DSW banner who will put their best foot forward. As a (Part‑time) Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. You will be responsible as a role model, coach in service standards, and leader to achieve store objectives, including in‑store sales, web orders, and other goals directed by the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Assume a leadership role to maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend awareness.
Facilitate achievement of business results by role‑modeling a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that fosters positive customer connections and loyalty.
Coach and provide feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
Open and close the store proficiently.
Qualifications
Open, approachable,
and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co‑workers.
Excellent customer service and a strong will to assist customer needs.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced team environment.
