The Boiler Technician seamlessly installs technical HVAC systems and expertly navigates intricate control setups. Repair experience and skills in proactively troubleshooting complex hydronics/boilers are an asset.

Our Ideal Service Boiler Technician
Qualifications

5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or custom home hydronics

4th year or Journeyperson Ticket

Tech‑savvy with iPads and texting apps; Service Titan experience is an asset

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under minimal supervision

Positive attitude and excellent communication and customer service skills

Comfortable with customer‑facing service; sales experience is an asset

Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record

Attention to detail and motivation to produce high‑quality work

Responsibilities

Install residential and commercial hydronic/boiler systems; repair and maintenance experience is an asset (including burner tuning, cleaning,



and replacing worn‑out components)

Test and calibrate controls, safety devices, and system components

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards

Work with hydronic and steam heating systems, including pumps, expansion tanks, and piping

Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations

Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used and follow‑up actions

Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sites
