Your Role
As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you will:
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Provide personalized insurance recommendations and solutions
Educate customers on Home, Auto, and Life Insurance products
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Assist clients with policy updates, changes, renewals, and cancellations
Conduct needs-based reviews to identify coverage gaps and opportunities
Generate current business through referrals, follow-ups, and cross-selling
Support agency sales and marketing initiatives
Work closely with the Agent and team to achieve business goals
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
Active OTL or RIBO Licence
Previous insurance sales and customer service experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and close business
Skilled, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Good personal credit history (required for insurance licensing sponsorship)
Additional Requirements
Must obtain LLQP certification within three months of hire to support Life Insurance servicing and sales. Successful licensing fees will be covered by the Agency.
