About The Role At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, our service team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. As a Full Time Steward, you’ll support the washing of dishes and glassware within a collaborative kitchen environment that values consistency and care.
What You’ll Do Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils




Maintain the silver polishing program
Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
What You’ll Bring The Ability to push, pull, and lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
Understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene and quality standards
Demonstrates the ability to quickly and positively establish rapport with a positive outlook.
Valid work authorization for Canada
What To Expect Busy service periods requiring focus and attention to detail
A schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
A physically active role in a structured, team‑oriented kitchen environment
