We're looking for someone with strong ownership, sharp product instinct, and the ability to use modern AI tooling to meaningfully amplify their output. This is a role for someone who goes beyond execution, quickly gets to the heart of the problem, challenges assumptions where needed, and delivers practical, high quality solutions with real impact.In this role, you'll work hands‐on across frontend and backend systems, help shape technical direction, and partner closely with product and design to build fast, pragmatic, high quality software at scale. You'll also lead the design, architecture, and delivery of production ready AI applications at scale.Hours of Work: Your core working hours will generally align with Eastern and Pacific time zones. However, as you'll also require partnering with colleagues across APAC occasionally, some flexibility will be required to enable effective global collaboration. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on state/location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.This role has a minimum annual base of CAD $160,000 and maximum annual salary of CAD $190,000.We may use AI enabled tools to support parts of our recruitment process, such as improving efficiency in scheduling and note taking.
