EGADZ is hiring two Crisis Outreach Workers for the Youth-Driven Therapeutic Housing and Ground Zero Programs. Your role will involve shift work and direct outreach to help youth dealing with high-risk lifestyles. The ideal candidate should demonstrate non-judgmental support and an ability to build trusting relationships with those in need. Engage with youth compassionately while adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist at-risk youth during crises with outreach

Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education in human services
• 1-2 years experience relevant to youth services
• Understanding of mental health topics
• Valid driver’s license required
• Criminal records check within 6 months
