Description Acosta‑group – Mosaic is looking for merchandisers to work with a well‑known grocery retailer. The role involves traveling to various grocery stores in the region to perform repairs and maintain merchandising standards. This is a part‑time position (0–40 hours per week).
Benefits Schedule Monday to Friday (6:30 am–4:00 pm); may vary with travel
Pay: 20–40 hours per week with a stable, guaranteed hourly wage
Two weeks of vacation per year (unpaid)
No work on evenings and weekends
Travel compensation in accordance with company policy, including paid travel time and mileage reimbursement
Travel expenses fully covered when working outside the assigned territory
Flat rate of $50 per night for meals
Responsibilities Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves
Implement and update planograms at client sites
Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions
Set up and install promotional materials
Maintain organized and tidy shelves
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock‑outs
Build and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers
Create detailed reports and document in‑store actions




Work effectively in a team environment
Perform any other related tasks as required
Qualifications Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Merchandising experience desirable
Physical ability to lift up to 30 lb
Availability to travel for special projects, including possible overnight stays
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute planograms accurately
Pride in the quality of service provided
Strong organizational skills, multi‑tasking ability, and meeting deadlines
Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic attitude
