JCL INC is looking for one (1) Construction Labourer (Form Setter) to join our Calgary team! This position is a permanent position and is in the English language. This position is a lead hand position leading a crew of form setters on a job site and reporting to the supervisor.

Responsibilities

Load and unload construction materials and move materials around work site

Assist in erecting and forming residential foundations using a “Duraform” concrete forming system.

Remove debris and other construction waste and tools and other equipment from construction site





Be a leader in your crew as a lead hand under the supervision of the site supervisor

Take direction from the supervisor on site to help with the completion of each project

Strip forms after concrete has been set up

Perform other activities at construction sites as required

Compensation
$28.00 per hour for 40 hours per week + OT if required

Education Requirements

Secondary education

Class 5 Driver’s license is an asset

Experience Required

One (1) to two (2) years direct construction experience is an asset

Proven leadership skills
