Responsible for working with business partners, and payroll team to ensure data reporting and payroll administration processes are seamlessly executed with high levels of accuracy
Program/Technology/Software Knowledge What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role? Describe in what capacity the selected candidate will be using it:
Intermediate to advance Excel that would be used to be a great extent
Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, Certifications, Qualifications, Designations High School Diploma or GED
2-4 years recent relevant prior HR experience
Experience working in a fast-paced working environment
Intermediate to advanced Excel
Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, Certifications, Qualifications, Designations HR-Ops related experience would be excellent
Soft Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task effectively
High level of professionalism with and familiar with working with confidential information




Proficient time management and organizational skills
High level customer service and people skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
The expected base salary range for this position is $22 – $23 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
