AgeCare Aylmer in Ontario is looking for a compassionate Personal Support Worker to provide exceptional care to residents in a part-time capacity. Your work will help maintain a secure and caring environment for those you serve.

In this role as Personal Support Worker, you will contribute to the well-being of residents by following their individualized care plans. You'll be responsible for monitoring their condition, documenting pertinent information, and maintaining compliance with safety protocols. Working collaboratively with a supportive team, you will also have opportunities for further training and education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in observing residents and reporting on their care
• Document essential care information as required




• Participate in staff meetings and educational opportunities
• Support the onboarding of recent team members
• Follow all Infection Prevention and Control policies

Requirements:
• Must possess a Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma
• Knowledge in administering simple treatments and bedside care
• Compliance with community support and safety standards
• Understanding of geriatric residents' needs
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
