Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
• Offer clerical support to the Regional Manager
• Organize files and essential student information




• Maintain the CRM and manage student registration lists
• Assure timely support during special campus events

Requirements:
• Experience in a clerical or school environment
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities effectively
• Detail-oriented approach to office tasks
• Preferred degree or diploma in relevant fields
