• Assist in administrative duties for the Capital Department
• Document public work order requests and assist in applications
• Prepare correspondence and take meeting minutes
• Maintain financial records for departmental projects
• Manage office organization and equipment tracking
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent training
• Experience with First Nations or community services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
