Job Overview
Senior Technical Associate
Location: Coquitlam, BC
We work with big, exciting coffee and beverage brands and enjoy the work we do.
Responsibilities
Service and maintain customer equipment.
Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment.
Install machines at customer locations.
Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for equipment repairs.
This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties may be assigned by the line manager.
Total Rewards
CAD $49,900.00 - $68,640.00 annually.
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

Requirements
Qualifications
High School Diploma.
3 to 5 years in a similar technical role.
Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience.
Competencies
Bilingualism in concerned provinces.
Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract.
Basic computer skills.
Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills.
Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
