Provide key technical support as an IT Technician at Stratford Festival of Canada in beautiful Southern Ontario. This full time role focuses on efficient resolutions for diverse IT issues, fostering organizational excellence.

As part of the IT team, you will engage directly with both users and IT staff to diagnose and troubleshoot a range of hardware and software problems. Your efforts will help maintain operational continuity and support special projects needed for continuous improvement. You'll work onsite in Stratford, contributing to a reliable IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer first-level support for all IT-related requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for applications and workstations
• Update and manage Help Desk incident records




• Collaborate with System Administrators for escalated issues
• Adhere to health and safety IT procedures

Requirements:
• Two-year post-secondary diploma in IT or equivalent
• 1-2 years providing technical support
• Proficient in Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
• Familiar with ticketing systems and best practices
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
