Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee daily work schedules for maintenance tasks
• Support and coach crew performance for effective outcomes
• Address challenges and manage incidents as they arise




• Ensure maintenance and minor repairs of equipment
• Professionally operate trucks and trailers for job tasks

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in landscaping or relevant education
• Experience supervising a landscaping crew preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills appreciated
• Must be comfortable with outdoor physical work
