Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete financial lifecycle and reconciliation
• Create and dispatch invoices to ensure on-time payments
• Prepare financial statements for analysis and planning




• Maintain up-to-date CRM and account records
• Oversee financial processes and procedure documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of financial management experience
• Must have extensive QuickBooks knowledge
• Familiarity with banking using RBC Express is beneficial
• Experience with project management tools like Monday.com
• Certification in Bookkeeping is highly valued
