St. Michael's Elementary is looking for a compassionate After School Care Supervisor to oversee activities from 3 PM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. You will implement creative educational activities, support students with homework, and ensure a secure environment reflecting the school’s Catholic values. This position requires strong communication with parents and reporting to the Principal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the safety of students post-school hours
• Implement diverse educational and recreational programs




• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
• Maintain attendance and incident records
• Help set up and clean program areas
Requirements:
• High school certificate required
• Previous experience in educational or recreational work
• Coursework in child development or related field is an asset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts collaboratively
