Looking for FINANCE MANAGER ($12-$18 per hr) Location: remote Type: Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow into full-time(20 hours per week) Overview The Financial Controller will own the company’s financial operations end-to-end. This role is responsible for keeping the books clean, cash visible, and leadership informed. You will manage all reconciliations, oversee bookkeeping, ensure we get paid on time, and deliver clear monthly financials that drive decisions. This is a hands-on role, not just review-level. You will be accountable for the final numbers. Responsibilities Own all financial reconciliations across: Factoring and PO financing accounts Customer invoicing and collections (AR) Accounts payable (AP) Bank, credit card, and loan accounts Ensure accurate, timely customer invoicing Actively manage accounts receivable to ensure on-time collections Maintain tight control of payables and financing balances Maintain clean, up-to-date books at all times Oversee bookkeeping function (in-house or outsourced): Set standards and processes Review monthly work for accuracy Be accountable for final financials Reconcile inventory, COGS,



and financing fees Ensure true margin visibility by product, order, and channel Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Build and maintain cash flow reporting Flag issues early: cash gaps, margin erosion, delayed payments, cost creep What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Controller, Senior Accountant, or similar role Robust reconciliation skills across multi-account, multi-entity setups Experience with inventory-based businesses (consumer products, e-commerce, or wholesale preferred) Comfortable with AR, AP, financing accounts, and cash forecasting High attention to detail and ownership mentality Able to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment Nice to Have Experience with factoring, PO financing, or trade finance Experience supporting Amazon, retail, or wholesale businesses Familiarity with QuickBooks/Xero and inventory systems Startup or small-business background PLEASE SEND RESUME+samlpe work and short video introduction #J-18808-Ljbffr
