Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out inspections of incoming and finished products
• Use various tools to verify quality specifications
• Document and communicate any product defects
• Train and guide new QC team members
• Audit manufacturing processes to ensure compliance

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Understanding of quality assurance principles
• WHMIS and First Aid certifications are advantageous
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable in a noisy plant workplace with variable conditions
