About the Role

As a Store Manager at Skechers, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales goals, and maintain high‑standard visual merchandising. Your leadership and organizational skills will drive daily retail operations, create an inviting store environment, and ensure a seamless inventory management process.

Store Location : Tanger Outlets Ottawa

Starting Rate : $30.00 per hour

Hourly Range : $30.00 - $35.00

What You Will Do

People Leadership: lead, coach, mentor, and develop the team to drive sales and enhance customer service.

Visual Merchandising: ensure high‑quality product presentation and store layout for an outstanding customer experience.

Staffing and Training: recruit, hire, train, and retain store employees to meet company goals.

Retail Operations: oversee inventory management, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and day‑to‑day store operations; maintain organization and manage product displays.

Sales Management:



drive revenue growth through sales strategies and set performance expectations to meet store goals.

Problem Solving: resolve in‑store issues efficiently to maintain a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Prior experience as a retail manager, restaurant manager, or hospitality leader plus.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Sales management experience and proven ability to meet retail targets.

Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
