The Role
This role blends content creation, storytelling, and brand building. You will take the lead on our organic social media presence—capturing real work, real people, and real transformations as they happen. One moment you’ll be editing content in the office. The next, you’ll be on-site capturing a project in progress.
What You’ll Be Doing
Capture the Action: Visit job sites to photograph and film our crews and projects
Tell Our Story: Write engaging captions that highlight our people, work, and culture
Create Engaging Content: Produce posts, reels, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, and more
Stay On Brand: Ensure all content reflects the Livingstone brand consistently
Connect with the Community: Engage with our audience and strengthen local relationships
Stay Organized: Maintain and manage our media library
Track Performance: Assist in reviewing engagement and growth metrics

Enjoy being both creative and highly organized
Are confident and comfortable interacting with field crews on job sites
Have a passion for visual storytelling
Pay attention to detail in design, tone, and brand consistency
Like structured planning, calendars, and meeting deadlines
Are energized by building a brand’s presence online
What You Bring
Education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
Experience using social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (an asset)
Comfort working with basic reporting or spreadsheets
A valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Customer-facing or outdoor industry experience is a bonus
Work Environment
Combination of office work and field visits
Occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Some walking on uneven terrain
Light lifting (up to 20 lbs)
Supportive, team-oriented environment focused on growth and learning
