Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Associate

Deliver a memorable, personalized customer experience that reflects the Swatch brand

Share product knowledge with energy and authenticity

Support merchandising, visual standards, and daily store operations

Contribute to a vibrant and inclusive store culture

Sales Lead / Key Holder

Lead on the floor to drive sales and elevate the customer experience

Support opening and closing procedures and operational execution

Coach and inspire team members to achieve results

Act as a role model and brand ambassador

Assistant Store Manager

Partner with the Store Manager to drive business performance

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team





Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and visual execution

Build a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration
