Essential Job Responsibilities

Prepare product for testing; identifying correct components needed.

Assemble pumps as per customer order and/or direction from Senior Technician or Shop Foreman.

Perform pump teardown and inspection.

Complete testing and prepare testing reports.

Ensure testing meets specified requirements.

Operate a lathe.

Use overhead crane, skid steer, bobcat to move product or materials as required.

Paint and stamp stators as per MO requirements.

Grind rotors when welds are complete.

Actively contribute to lean, quality and safety initiatives.

Adhere to a schedule set forth by the Foreman, including on-call duties.

Load, unload, and secure product on delivery trucks.

Verify truck load to ensure conformance with shipping documents.

Maintain general housekeeping and vehicle, yard, and facility maintenance.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements (Minimum Education and Experience)

High school diploma or equivalent (considered an asset).

3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Overhead crane, skid steer, bobcat experience (considered an asset).

CNC experience (considered an asset).

Technical Requirements

Microsoft Outlook experience (considered an asset).

Skills

Robust communication skills, verbal and written.

Able to work in a team environment.





Works well independently with moderate supervision.

High attention to detail.

HSE Requirements (Training and Physical Requirements)

Able to perform moderate labor tasks.
