What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting team members throughout daily activities and customer interactions

Leading by example through qualified and positive communication

Assisting with onboarding and ongoing coaching for current starters

Building strong customer relationships through face-to-face interaction

Helping maintain high standards of customer experience and professionalism

Working closely with management to support team performance and development

Encouraging a collaborative, motivated, and supportive environment

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A positive and professional attitude

Confidence working in customer-facing settings

Someone who enjoys supporting and engaging others





A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Strong teamwork and organizational skills

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or team leadership is beneficial but not required
