Starting Rate of Pay
$23.85 per hour, increasing after 6 months and annually up to three years to $28.90.

Summary of Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sous Chef, responsibilities include:

Preparing dishes accurately and consistently

Informing culinary leadership of any concerns or potential challenges efficiently and immediately





Ensuring all food is prepared and served in accordance with FoodSafe BC & EHC Food Secure guidelines

Maintaining food storage areas, fridges, and dry storage in accordance with all food safety guidelines

Qualifications

Previous experience working in the culinary field

Valid Food Safe BC food handlers certification
