In this role, you will work closely with our sales team, providing administrative support and ensuring a smooth sales process. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining strong customer relationships and driving business growth.
Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and record‑keeping.
Assist in tracking and managing sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring up‑to‑date contact information and sales records.
Collaborate with the sales team to gather customer requirements and provide accurate product information.
Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve queries and provide excellent customer service.
Follow company policies and procedures, especially in relation to sales processes.




Maintain a professional and positive attitude, representing the company’s values and culture.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; post–secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
