About This Prospect
Are you passionate about creativity, social media, and community engagement? Join U+ Toastmasters as a Volunteer and make a positive impact on the community while promoting our inspiring public speaking and leadership programs!
What You’ll Do
Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping to ensure smooth office operations.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested by staff or management.
Maintain accurate databases, filing systems, and office records, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
Assist with program coordination and logistics,
such as meeting planning, registration, and communications.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and stakeholders, providing information and support as needed.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring resources are available and functioning properly.
Support staff and volunteers with administrative tasks to facilitate program delivery.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, partners, and participants to support organizational operations.
Who We’re Looking For
Age 12-30
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Commitment to completing basic training
Fluency in English
Successful Vulnerable Sector Check (required if over 18)
Bonus Skills
Previous experience
Fluency or high proficiency in another language besides English
