Overview
Mondelez International is a global leader in snacking with iconic brands such as Oreo, Cadbury, Philadelphia, Pascall, The Natural Confectionery Company, Belvita, Ritz, and Toblerone. We are looking for a casual Merchandiser to support our sales and merchandising efforts in the Metro South areas (Beeliar, Kardinya, Coolbellup, North Lake). This role involves managing a set of stores, building product displays, and driving shopper engagement.

Key Responsibilities
You will:

Build strong relationships with customers and the sales team through reliability, efficient service, and effective communication.

Construct product displays in line with standards and pre‑agreed locations.

Use impactful point of sale elements to generate shopper interest.

Ensure products are always available on the shelf for purchase.

Continuously identify additional opportunities for shopper engagement.

Regular working hours: 19 hours weekly (Wednesdays to Fridays preferred) with flexibility and additional hours during peak periods.
