The Production Assistant also participates in the final repair plan meetings, morning and afternoon huddles. The Production Assistant works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs.Key Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way)



planOversee major disassembly for repair planning and movement of damaged vehicles to the disassembly areaVerify all parts are received and stored in the appropriate locationCommunicate with team if there are any changes to the repair planEnsure all equipment is operating properlyMove vehicles in and out of shop to ensure efficient floor space for productionFacilitate communication between the techs and front officeAssure all stalls are routinely cleared of damaged parts and dirtEnsure consistent execution of tasks by adhering to high standards of quality and productivity.
