In this permanent full-time position, you'll manage comprehensive care for patients in the Hemodialysis Unit. We're looking for candidates with a nursing diploma and at least 1-2 years in acute care, ideally with a background in hemodialysis. Demonstrating strong judgment and effective communication skills will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of care for hemodialysis patients
• Provide necessary education and follow-up with patients
• Actively participate in quality assurance projects
• Carry out mandatory RPN tasks as directed

Requirements:
• Registered as a Practical Nurse in Ontario
• Minimum of 1-2 years in acute care
• Hemodialysis experience is a plus
• Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Basic computer knowledge with Meditech experience beneficial
