Overview Our client is looking to hire a Field Service Representative for Quebec . The Field Service Representative supports dealers in an assigned region in preventing and solving after sale service issues for products.
Responsibilities Solve customer service needs with required urgency
Understand the product line and service needs
Serve as the after sales service rep for dealers and customers for an assigned region
Communicate in person or answer calls and respond to inquiries regarding questions on after sales service, parts, product uses or applications
Conduct training presentations aimed at teaching dealer personnel
Support the sales activities and goals of the Territory Manager in the region
Assist with current product introductions and relay market trends




Communicate with and advise dealership service management on a quarterly basis
Conduct product evaluation for assigned products in development in the assigned region
Desired Profile Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Mechanics or Agricultural Engineering Technology is preferred
Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, welding and torch cutting
Ability to communicate with dealers, customers and other employees to share information and solve problems
Valid drivers license
Must be bilingual, French and English with the ability to assist dealers and customers in both languages
