Overview We are seeking a hedge trimmer crew leader for our growing company. We work four-day weeks (Monday–Thursday, 7am–5pm). Beyond Landscaping Ltd provides hardscaping (designing, building), gardening and planting, and snow and ice management services on the North Shore. We pride ourselves on our work and are expanding rapidly, adding to our team and treating employees and customers with care.
Responsibilities Lead a hedge trimming crew and ensure high-quality workmanship and safety on site.
Perform hedge trimming and related landscaping tasks as part of hardscaping projects, gardening, and planting work.
Assist with snow and ice management as needed during winter months.
Learn and follow directions, manage time effectively, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Maintain reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to improve and learn the craft.
Communicate with team members and, when required, with clients to ensure job expectations are met.




Qualifications Driver's license and comfort driving pickup trucks (license preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in landscaping is preferred.
Ability to learn quickly, follow directions, and demonstrate reliability and strong time-management skills.
Positive, can-do attitude with integrity and a team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work hard and contribute to a respectful, high-standard work environment.
