Responsibilities Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies and manage the recruitment process.
Conduct new employee orientation and current employee training.
Monitor employee performance and ensure employees are supported in their work workplace.
Monitor the health and safety of all employees and implement systematic employee development processes.
Provide advice on policies and procedures and ensure meticulous payroll and benefits management.
Discuss issues affecting employee performance with staff and maintain accurate employee information in electronic and digital formats.
Qualifications Bachelor of Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
Payroll training or certification is beneficial.
Labor relations certification is beneficial.
Experience as a skills development facilitator is an advantage.
Ability to engage in meaningful negotiation and settlement.
Knowledge of labor law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Protect the interests of all employees.
Employment Details Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Day, Evening, Shift, Overtime, Morning)
Salary: $37.00 - $49.13 per hour
Experience: 1 year to 2 years preferred
