Job Description
New Account Installer – Cintas seeks an installer who ensures that new customers receive high‑quality service and product delivery. The role involves coordinating initial deliveries, installing and repairing bulk product dispensers, and providing a positive experience for every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers and internal departments to coordinate the initial delivery of products after the account is sold.

Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools.

Ensure uniforms, floor mats, and other products are placed in agreed locations at the customer’s site.

Drive a company‑owned van or truck to and from new customer locations.

Lifting, walking, and delivering current products to the customer’s business.

Set a tone of excellent service for every customer relationship.

Skills / Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Requirements

Must meet provincial requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.

Must possess a valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license prior to the first day of employment.

Preferred

Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry.

Route sales experience.

Experience using hand and power tools.

Plumbing experience.

Availability to start within two weeks after offer acceptance.

Compensation
Estimated base salary ranges from $22.14 to $27.89 per hour. Salaries are determined by factors such as skill set, experience, training, and business needs.
