We are looking for volunteers to support our Children's Summer Program from July 6, 2025 to August 28, 2026.

Opportunity Details
Opportunity type: Ongoing – Start Anytime

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11 am to 6 pm (additional after‑hours and weekend shifts available). A minimum of 10 hours per week is required.

Shift Options

11 am – 6 pm

11 am – 2 pm

2 pm – 6 pm

Tasks and Responsibilities

Set up and clean up activities

Monitor children and youth

Assist with daily tasks

Facilitate games, interactive games, crafts, trips, and community events

Food preparation

Maintain community garden

Expect to spend outdoors 70–80 % of the season

Participate in trips twice a week

Requirements





Must know how to swim and be willing to get in water

Police reference check (must be in place by the start date)

CPR certification

Willing to undergo a background or police records check
